Gold Tudor Renaissance Girdle Belt Detailed ViewIn this photograph once can see just how detailed the gold is, and the quality of craftsmanship we are offering. All pieces are linked with two jump rings both for security and for aesthetic purposes. We've worked hard to provide designs that are both period correct and beautifully detailed. In early Tudor times the long chain dropping down from the waist was the style, later on during the Elizabethan period, the long chain was removed. This girdle can be made up to give you the option of either choice. Or one could have the belt made so that the long chain is removable and could also be worn as a matching necklace. This girdle would make a wonderful addition to any court clothing, and would be a wonderful piece of jewelry to wear with a wedding gown. Perfect for wear at an SCA event, this girdle is easily documented. All our pieces are customized to your specifications. Should you desire a piece made from pewter with the same pattern, or some other request, just let us know. Please feel free to contact us for pricing and options, we love to hear from one and all. |
