Renaissance Wedding Gowns Details

The outer fabric of this renaissance wedding gown is made entirely of silk. We used iced blue dupioni for the bodice, great sleeves and underskirt. The bodice has a false stomacher of a very detailed beautiful blue silk brocade with a metallic thread running through it. Trimmed in silver, the top and bottom edges are piped with gold and silver metallic cording.

The great sleeves are cartridge pleated to the bodice and are lined in white silk. The undersleeves are made of the blue brocade silk and are laced onto the bodice.

The overskirt is cartridge pleated and lined. The trim is silver.

The fore panel is made of the blue silk brocade and is backed with white cotton canvas.
